Virtual and Physically Distanced Summer Events

None of our important work to get TCF Canada students and staff back to class would be possible without our incredible volunteers, donors, and supporters. Your continued contributions are making a tremendous difference in the lives of the underprivileged in Pakistan.
COVID-19 has posed unique challenges in our team’s ability to spread the message of TCF Canada’s work and to raise funds. However, that hasn’t deterred you from getting involved and joining us in our quest to ensure learning continuity for our students.
Over the past month, teams across Canada have hosted virtual and physically distanced events to raise much needed funds for TCF Canada.
Our first-ever bake along on Zoom, Bake for Good, brought together dessert lovers from all over the country. Sadaf Durrani from EastSideSweetry taught us how to bake the World’s Fudgiest Brownies and Out of this World Orange Bars.
Teams in Montreal and Toronto organized their annual cricket tournaments. Although the events had to be modified due to COVID-19, they were able to raise almost $40,000 for TCF Canada!
TCF Calgary held its 3rd Annual Golf Tournament with record participation! Ensuring that there was something for everyone, they had pros playing 18 holes and novices playing 9 with both groups having been awarded prizes and trophies.

Bravo to all of you! Thank you for your passion, dedication, and your ongoing support to keep the dreams of our students alive.
